These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sandlot.gg website and livestreaming platform ("Service") operated by sandlot.gg ("Sandlot", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Sandlot offers paid subscription plans on a per-team, per-month basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Stream content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to stream content unrelated to baseball or softball games
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use automated means to access the Service except through our documented APIs

Your Content

You retain ownership of the video content you stream through Sandlot. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your streams and VOD replays as necessary to operate the platform. This includes applying scoreboard overlays and forwarding streams to third-party platforms you configure.

You are solely responsible for the content you stream and must have all necessary rights and permissions (including from any individuals appearing in your streams) to broadcast that content.

Copyright and DMCA

Sandlot respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@sandlot.gg with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the infringing content on our Service
• Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing content.

VOD Replays

Games streamed through Sandlot may be automatically recorded and made available as video-on-demand replays. VOD replays are publicly accessible via a shareable link. VOD storage and availability are subject to your subscription plan.

Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as GameChanger. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
